Overview
Underground supply often runs through a pillar box near the boundary. When a private pillar is damaged by a car, mower or age, it's the owner's job to repair it.
We repair and replace private pillars and the cables to your meter box, and handle any defect notices.
Network pillars vs private pillars
Pillars on the footpath that supply several homes are usually network-owned, and damage to them should be reported to the network. Pillars inside your property line, supplying only your home or complex, are often private and are the owner's responsibility.
What we do
We repair or replace private pillars, replace damaged lids and terminations, and fix the underground cables between the pillar and your meter box. We also handle defect notices for private pillars.
