A granny flat can often run off the main house supply, but many owners want separate metering for rental or billing. We assess the existing service, upgrade it if needed and install separate metering.
Duplexes and subdivisions
Dual occupancies and subdivided lots usually need new connections for each dwelling. We lodge the connection applications, install the service lines or underground cables, and coordinate metering with the network and your retailer.
Timing matters
Connections are often the last thing holding up occupancy. Bringing us in early, ideally at the builders supply stage, avoids delays at handover.
