Green Valley is on the Endeavour Energy network. Endeavour Energy's 24/7 fault line is 131 003. Work on your service line, point of attachment, consumer mains or metering must be done by an accredited Level 2 electrician, and we're accredited with both Endeavour Energy and Ausgrid.

What happens if I ignore a defect notice in Green Valley?
If the defect isn't fixed in time, Endeavour Energy can disconnect your supply, and dangerous defects can be disconnected straight away. Send us a photo of the notice and we'll quote the repair and notify Endeavour Energy once it's done.
Can I upgrade to three phase in Green Valley?
In most cases, yes. We assess your load, apply to Endeavour Energy for approval, then install the three-phase service and coordinate the meter change. It suits EV chargers, ducted air, pools and larger solar and battery systems.
Can my overhead service in Green Valley be put underground?
Usually, yes. We design the route from the Endeavour Energy pole or pillar to your meter box, handle the trenching, cabling and paperwork, and remove the old overhead service.
