Norwest is on the Endeavour Energy network. Endeavour Energy's 24/7 fault line is 131 003. Work on your service line, point of attachment, consumer mains or metering must be done by an accredited Level 2 electrician, and we're accredited with both Endeavour Energy and Ausgrid.
Do you cover Norwest for emergencies?

I've got a defect notice in Norwest. What do I do?
Send us a photo of the notice. We'll explain what it means, quote the repair, do the work to the NSW Service and Installation Rules and notify Endeavour Energy when it's complete, so the notice is closed off before the deadline.
Can I upgrade to three phase in Norwest?
In most cases, yes. We assess your load, apply to Endeavour Energy for approval, then install the three-phase service and coordinate the meter change. It suits EV chargers, ducted air, pools and larger solar and battery systems.
Can my overhead service in Norwest be put underground?
